Our companion care workers enjoy conversing with our clients and hearing about their stories and memories. Our team is there to make you or your loved one happy, whether it be sitting and chatting, shopping trips, socializing, or hobby crafting.
Skilled Nursing
You or your loved one’s condition may sometimes need specialized care, which our skilled nursing staff can provide for them. They are able to provide health treatments and procedures, nursing knowledge, physical assessments, medication management, teaching, and so much more. Further, they have the ability in taking direct responsibility in assessing, planning, providing, and documenting you or your loved one’s nursing care needs designated in accordance with the provided service plan.
Assisted Transportation
Getting around for appointments, grocery shopping, or attending community functions can be a challenge for our Kupunas. Our assisted transportation service provides transportation for our clients in a safe, secure, and professional manner. Our transporters are well mannered, compassionate, and comply with all safety measures to ensure your safe arrival to you or your loved one’s destination.
Home Care Services
Our home care services offered to our clients are designed to give them the freedom of being in the comfort of their own homes and still receive the care they need.
